The Uganda Wildlife Education Centre (UWEC) promotes the conservation of wildlife in Uganda and is a fun place to learn about the unique animals of Uganda and the ecosystems in which they live.
All the animals at the Centre have been rescued from accidents or poachers. Children can enjoy donkey rides. Boat rides offer wildlife viewing especially water bird viewing along the shores of Lake Victoria.
After UWEC our driver will take you to your chosen lunch spot before visiting the Entebbe Botanical Gardens. The Gardens located on the shores of Lake Victoria, are home to an impressive variety of indigenous and imported plants and trees, in addition to a wide array of birds!
Price includes:
Return transport from Kampala with a driver/guide. Boat ride option will be charged separately depending on availability. Swimming is also available at either of the hotel pools for a small fee.
Price excludes:
Tips, souvenirs, all beverages and items of a personal nature.
