Situated amongst rich papyrus forest on the banks of the River Nile, Nile Safari Camp offers a choice of 10 rooms, five wooden chalets and five luxury tents cleverly positioned to maximize stunning views and to give a true feeling of wild Africa.

Ten tented cottages on wooden platfroms are available accommodation. They are welll decorated in wooden safari chic theme with lots of African influence.They are either double or twin bedded with two family rooms that can house 4 people. There are also two bunk beds in an adjecent alcove. They all have fabulous outside showers and is no air-conditioning or artificially created temperatures, you simply experience this ultimate bush adventure with a touch of class.

The restaurant serves intercontinental, local and Indian meals buffet and a la carte style. A well-stocked bar serves alcoholic drinks from wines to liquors to soft/fizzy drinks.

What puts Nile Safari Lodge in a class of its own is its uniqueness in bringing you closer to nature without destroying the environment. The swimming pool offers the best reprieve from the equatorial sun after a day of activities in the national park and surrounding areas. An open fire is made at night for stargazing, birdwatching and dancing.

From your balcony suspended over the mighty River Nile are hundreds of weaver nests occupy overhanging trees while Nile crocodiles bask on sand banks, hippos freely swim in the waters and elephant herds wade through the papyrus islands in search of food.
